Truewerk is my go to. Bought 1 pair few years ago and still look new. Lots of industrial and underground. After the first month I bought 5 more pair of the hot weather T1. I wear about year round. 1 pair of T3 cold weather ones. Best pants IMO.

Duluth Trading firehose work pants are extremely tough and also have a lot of pockets. I've been wearing them for years.
